JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Dell Inspirion 14 3000 series Windows 10 - just purchased in Mexico and would also like to change 10 to English only???
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No just open and closed for a few hours and was attempting to reopen
