The background audio is louder than the voices
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It is my computer and it is a Dell and I am not sure how old it is. It has a touch screen .
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I think the tv menu works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About 6 months - getting worse as time goes on. I thought it was my hearing but I don't think that is the issue.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Of course I still need the answer. I keep getting the conversation I had when I called with the problem. Then you state you are reviewing the problem and will reply when you find the answer. No reply yet! I am taking my computer into the local computer shop.
