I don't want to do that
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

I understand. Please, give me more information regarding your issue.

Questions:
1) How much ram do you have installed now?

2) In which game do you experience lag?

3) Did you experience lag in that game before upgrading your Ram?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
1 I have 8 g I did have 4 g
2 iam lagging in world of tanks
3 not really
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
I went from 18 fps to 60 fps now the lag sucks bad
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

What is your PageFile.Sys setup on the computer? You can view that in the System Properties > Advanced. I only need to know how much space you have given to the PageFile Swap file.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
ok
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

Thank you

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
1.81 g
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

Okay, go ahead and change that to no page file. Set it, click apply, click Ok, restart the computer and test whether or not you have anymore lag.

Being that you have twice as much memory as before, you don't need that pagefile swap file. The swapfile itself may be causing the issues.

Please, update me on your status after you have rebooted.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
that's not it is it that was the page file space or is it
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

I don't understand your last post. Please, rephrase your statement.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
I got the 1.81 gb from the page file space
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

Okay. Does that mean you didn't change it?

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

You are very welcome. Thank you.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
it say there might be an error
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
if it is less than 400
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

You can ignore that message. It will not be a problem.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
its a little better but not much
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

What is the FPS now?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
50 to 60 fps
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
up to the 70s
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

That is not a bad FPS rating. The game is still lagging? Does it only lag in Sniper Mode View or does it also lag in other views?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
all views
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

What was your FPS before the ram upgrade?

If you remove the extra ram, does it fix the lag issue?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
I use to get 20 fps
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

I am confused. You used to get 20 FPS, now you get 60 FPS, which is 3 times faster/better.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
yep not it lags
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
now
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

So your fps rating is 3 times better, but you now have lag? You didn't have lag before?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
i had a little lag some times
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

How much more lag do you now as compared to before you did the ram upgrade?

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
2x to 3x
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

Turn the computer off, uninstall the ram that you installed and test the game once more. Does the lag still remain or does it go away? You may have some faulty Ram.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
ok
should i take 1 out at a time i have 2 4 gb in it
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 21 days ago.

Take out all of the new ram. Leave only the old ram in the computer and test it.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
it runs better that way
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
it runs better in game but it is slower during start up
Customer: replied 21 days ago.
now I get this error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).
Customer: replied 21 days ago.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.

Customer: replied 21 days ago.
