Please open Quark then Control+click or right-click the Measurements palette title bar and choose Always Show Tab Bar.

Let me know the results

Thankyou

This doesn't work. There is a pull down bar under "View" or "Utilities" or "Window" as I recall, that needs to be activated. My wireless mouse does not allow me to right click. I am on a Mac, but my keyboard is a Moshi keyboard. Please advise.

Would you like me to set up a remote session (NO extra charge), which will allow me to connect directly to your screen and assist you quickly with this issue?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
if you could do that for the original fee of $40 as the 1x total, it would be appreciated.

Join the session, then a remote file will be downloaded.

OPEN/RUN the remote file from your downloads (press CTRL + J to open up the Downloads window).
PS - If we are not connected in five minutes, please reply back to me below.

I got this message when I attempted to download:
“Elsinore.ScreenConnect.ClientBootstrap-1.jnlp” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer."
Please advise.

Please do the following :

  1. Launch System Preferences from the Apple menu
  2. Choose “Security & Privacy” and then click the “General” tab, followed by clicking the lock icon in the corner to unlock the settings
  3. Look for “Allow applications downloaded from:” and choose “Anywhere”
  4. Accept the security warning and allow
  5. You can now launch the remote software

OK, so what can I expect to happen, and when? Thanks

I can't wait 24 hours, I will look into other ways of getting this to work. Please refund my $40 and confirm.
