I cannot get my Yadtel.net/check email to log-in. I called their tech support and they said there is nothing wrong with the internet that something is wrong with my computer. Is there anyway you can help me? I have Norton Virus with you but that is all.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My computer is ACER Desk Top, Windows Vista Model KB-0705
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just can you help or do I need to purchase something from Norton. I do not know how to refresh my computer. Yadtel changed my internet to google/chrome now they say Windows Vista is not compatible with it.
