I have just bought my brother a Lenovo computer and am trying to put in an email address but I am unable to get the @ symbol to work
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am running Windows 10 Lenovo ideapad100-151BD
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No....it is a brand new computer and I am trying to set it up
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No if I can get this sorted I can go on to the next step.....there may be another problem further on but not sure

Hold the Shift key and press the 2 key at the top of the keyboard together and it should give you the @ symbol
