My incoming email is blocked in Google Chrome, I can send email and use internet my internet carrier does not have access to my email. How do I solve this? Patsy
JA: Have you done a bandwidth test?
Customer: Do not know how to do that?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no but I accidentally deleated 100 emails in my inbox on 12-27-16 and since then no incoming emails.

if you mean that you have a desktop program that can't get the email but you can get it on the website you probably just have to remove the account from the program and then add it back again

If we could do a remote session this would probably go very fast assuming that you know the password ***** the email account.
