I have children living with me indefinitely who don't respect time limits on computer as well as other PC rules. Can you tell me how to put a password ***** that will prevent them from getting online?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not sure...I usually stay away from them...updates, downloads, and installs because I have severe memory problems. Don't know one from the other.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Kids are sneaky and smart...esp the 13-yr-old.
