Hello & Happy New Year,

I would like to see if we can get the computer into the BIOS window. In this window we would be looking for boot devices and check to ensure that the hard drive is available. To complete this, during the boot process press the F2 key several times while you see the Dell logo on the screen.

This should provide you with a BIOS menu. You will press the right arrow until you are highlighting the Boot option. Once You have done this can you please either provide a picture or a list of what is available.

Thank you,
Brent

Unfortunately, Remote assistance will not work when you are attempting to get into bios. Would it be possible for you to take a picture of what your screen does come to, or does the screen stay black? If the screen stays black, is the color of the light on the monitor yellow or green? Please advise.
