Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. The kindle fire needs to be reset, then you can set it up again. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Enter an incorrect password ***** times.
  2. Tap on the option Reset Your Parental Controls Password. If you do not see this option on your kindle's screen, you may need to scroll down first.
  3. Enter your Amazon account password (this is the password ***** used to register your device, and to sign in to Amazon).
  4. Enter your new Parental Controls password.

Solution #2:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Parental Controls notification.
  2. Enter an incorrect password ***** times.
  3. Tap the orange link that says Reset Your Parental Controls Password. If you don't see this link on your screen, you may need to scroll down in the message window.
  4. Enter your Amazon account password (this is the password ***** used to register your device, and to sign in to Amazon), and then tap Continue.
  5. Enter your new Parental Controls password, and then tap Finish.

Solution #3:

  1. Click on the Amazon website below:
    https://www.amazon.com/manageyourkindle
  2. And sign in your amazon account if prompted.
  3. There, click on the option Your Devices near the top.
  4. Then click on your Kindle Fire device there.
  5. Then click on option Deregister and confirm to deregister it for now.
  6. Then check your Kindle Fire and follow the on-screen instructions in order to set up your Kindle again.
    - If needed, press and hold the Power on / off button on your Kindle Fire for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

Please reply at the box below to continue. Thank you,
