Since 12/28, I have been unable to access/receive gmail.com

Customer Question

Since 12/28, I have been unable to access/receive gmail.com messages on my iMac desktop. This happened following a request to change my gmail address. I also use an iPad and iPhone, but they don't seem to be affected. Help!
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since Dec 28.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I recall, but many of my updates are automatic.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have received an error code that says, "unable to verify account name or password". This seems to stem from 12/28 when I changed my password.

Yes, it costs an additional $39.

You have to accept the offer shown on your screen, once accepted i will send the link to connect.

No thank you! I will find out my answers another way. I thought I could access "google help" without a monetary charge. Please cancel the "trial offer" - what a gimmick!

This site is called JustAnswer, and i am one of the techs here to help with this issue. I will request this to be cancelled but just for your information, Google does not provided one to one or live assistance. It's all automated with Google, you can try but it won't be fruitful.
