I changed to a new wifi and now I cannot connect to my printer. Help? It's an Epson Artisan 835
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: yes is was unplugged and I have connectivity with my laptop.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, none were required.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: nothing that i am aware of

on menu screen, look for network wizard setup

it doesn't have network setup wizard. it only has wireless LAN setup , general network setup, check network connection (which tells me its not connected) and confirm network settings (which I tried to do last night and it always failed).

trying to locate one/ by the way I did all the set up and it tells me setup failed. I am printing the report.
tells me no wireless network names found
confirm that the router / access point is turned on and the wireless network is set up correctly..

download utilities and combo package, should have option when going through install to setup wireless

try plugging printer into diff usb port, restart then run the software install
