JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: geek squad had my computer over the Christmas holidays and rook off 2 viruses and I canot sign into my quicken or my att.net e mail.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I reinstalled my quicken that I bought for this computer when I got it back from best buy and can not get it to go because it needs a password ***** the att account and I cannot get into the att. account,
