I'm 2 ft. away from router, but Memo Pad says wifi network is out of range. I have a connection. Obviously, since I sending you this message. What's up?
JA: What kind of computer do you have? I'm good. And you?
Customer: Dell desktop. Everything was fine until about 1/2 hour ago.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so. It has happened before, but the computer faries fixed it with no help from me.

Did you setup the router? If so, you may want to try changing the wireless channel. You may be getting interference from a nearby WiFi?
