JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: yes calos but his plan did not work
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: can not do wont let me to do that the computer will not let me to do that
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes on local account need administrator account back plus can not pree yes on controller account box

no hacking I pressed standard from administrator because it was supposed to be a good way to go
I changed the accounts
