I have not been successful in getting into my email on a new laptop. A code was sent to my phone. The computer doesn't recognise the code and writes invalid.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is a Lenovo Id pad 100 operating system is Intel windows 10
