Customer Question

I'm having trouble accessing the remote access portal for Citigroup. I was signed in and had issues, so I logged out to restart my computer and now I get an error message
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Intel inside CORE 15
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I deleted all the cookies in my browser and that's about it. It has only been going on for about 45 minutes.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Only that the last time this happened, the Geek Squad rep had to take over my computer and clean it up some before it would work to sign in again.

Hello. My name is Michael. I can help you with your question.

If your previous problem was related to some kind of Malware, there's a good chance it's the same problem. So I'll start by referring you to some free malware software so you can do that part yourself and save some expense. All you have to do is download and install it and then let it run a scan. If it finds malware, run the scan again until you don't get any. The site is

That might be all it takes. But if not, or if you have any questions, please let me know.

Mike
