I'm having problems with my sign in. when I press the "next" button, it will not let me get to the point of typing in my password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Probably a long time ago; don't really remember when.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, tonight, just a few minutes ago, but don't remember the exact update name (had something to do with accessing yahoo.mail)
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
