Microphone not responding. Been a couple of weeks since I tried to use it. No sound levels at all.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have playback. I use Wavelab Elements 7. Just no recording.

Using Windows 7 still, thankfully. I got it figured out. Microphone tube burnt out!! Only had it about 8 years. Still under warranty. Rode sent me a new one on the house! Thanks. Michael Ray
