Hi,

Thank you for using JustAnswer.com.
My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help.
Please check the speaker setting in the Control Panel, here's how:

- Right-click the Windows (start) button.

- Choose "Control Panel"

- Click on "Sound"
(or in Category mode, click "Hardware and Sound" first then "Sound").

- What do you see here? Is there more than one device to choose, if so choose the new speakers by clicking once on them and then click the "Set Default" button (bottom).

- Click "Apply" then "OK" and close the Control Panel.

What is the result of this?

Thanks,

Bob
Thanks,
Bob

Just following up on this. Were you able to change the settings and fix the issue with the advice in my first response?

Thanks,

Bob

No, this did not work. I got one speaker working, the left one. The right one doesn't work on the test. I ended up uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it.

I'm glad they're working.
