Why am I not able to keep the Juno app on my iPad? Each time I want to log in, I must bring the site up onSafari and enter all the info in? Have you any ideas?

Follow these steps on your iPad.

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Add Account.
  2. tap Other to add your account manually.
  3. Tap Add account and select Other

    Tap Add Mail Account and enter the following information:

    Name: your name
    Email: your Juno email-address
    Password: your Juno email-password
    Description: enter "Juno"

    Choose pop3 under incoming mail server and enter the following information:

    Hostname: pop.juno.com
    Username: email
    Password: your email-password

    Scroll down and under outgoing mail server, enter the following information:

    Hostname: smtp.juno.com
    Username: email
    Password: your email-password

    Tap save and in select your emailadress in the next screen.

    Scroll down and under outgoing mail server choose SMTP.

    Under Main server select smtp.juno.com and make sure the following information is displayed:

    SSL: ssl
    Serverport: 465

    Tap done and go to the previous screen. Choose Advanced and make sure the following information is correct:

    SSL: ssl
    Serverport: pop.juno.com

    Again, go back to the previous screen. Restart your iPhone to finish the setup!
