My desktop computer is not working right. Yesterday Agent Joel thought we fixed it and there is still a problem. Whenever I put my right click over text the text is covered by a black mask. I can still read the text but the black ,ask shouldn't be there. Can you help me?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: HP envy
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Agent Joel spent an hour eliminating something that caused all text to be unreadable but when we thought everything was fixed, we didn't put the arrow over text with a right click which is still a problem.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can you retrieve the notes Agent Joel wrote yesterday. This would show what the problem was
