Did you deactivate the licence before you uninstalled it?

You always need to deactivate it before doing this, as this is not the case, you will need to have customer service do it on the actual service.
To do this, you have to request it via my link below
Click on Email Us and create an account or sign in
Then send the request with the serial number to deactivate it
You will then get confirmation once this is done and can perform the installation.
