How can I bring up my Lenovo G770 that won't take my password? I don't have a reset disk. Can you direct me how to get it back to factory status? thanks.

Is the laptop using the original hard drive and windows installation?

If it is. Start by turning the laptop off. Just to the right of the Power button

you'll see a very small button called the OneKey button. See attachment below.

Press the button and the laptop should turn on and open to a recovery screen.

You'll want to choose the option that restores the system partition to the

original factory status or initial backup.
