The Geeks helped last Sunday, and still having problems and we have an account with you,. My name is*****
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: HPDesk top Pavillion, we got March 8 this year.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We have many issuse but our Mason City Geeks found our users programs were coruppted
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: There are many items now. Blue screen w/e symbol blocks the use of using the web sites in Yahoo e-mail, and other programs basicly that is the most problem that I have found,
