I have a dell series 24 3455 all in one desktop that is 13

Customer Question

I have a dell series 24 3455 all in one desktop that is 13 months old. had a problem and took it back to best buy and they wanted to send it off to have it looked at but thought the motherboard was bad. I bought a motherboard and replaced it. the computer came on and said BIOS successfully updated and then went to self repair. it was in that for 1 hour. it then kicked off. I turned on the computer and am stuck in setup utility. need help getting out of this.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Dell? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: it is a insperon 24 model 3455 running windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. Feel free to disregard the Premium Service Offer for Remote Support. That is an automated popup initiated by the web site. Is the motherboard the same make and model that was originally installed?

Would it be possible to send me a picture of the message that is on the screen?

Well I bumped the power cord and the computer kicked off...I turned it on again and it has not done anything yet

Did you possibly check with Dell to see if the warranty covered the board?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
no its not....this is waisting your time...I will try to get it bsck up then re contact later
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

Try this first. Pull the plug the press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds then see if it will power back up. You're not wasting my time.

No go...earlier I unplugged all of the inputs on the board and removed the battery then replaced all and it worked...might have to retry that

Does it boot up at all?
