Computer and router are fine. I have a new device and cannot locate original password. Everything prior was setup by techs. They don't have my password.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I have an iMac, but thats not the issue. I need the wifi password ***** a new device to set up and if it all ever has to be restarted again
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I know nothing about routers. My iMac is very current
