I don't know. I get warnings that it is being threatened by viruses. I can't sin on to anyhing?????
JA: What kind of computer do you have?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: YES, I think that is my problem. I installed TRUE something???? It has taken over my computer. I deleted, (I thought) but it is still on my computer.

Customer: I can sign on to my husbands e-mail, but not mine??????
