On the Windows 10 computer, what email program are you using? Have you attempted to set it up already? Are you receiving error messages? Or, are you using a browser-based email - in Internet Explorer, or Goobgle Chrome, etc...
Please provide as many details as possible.
So you did set up Outlook? Which version of Outlook? When you say "blank page", can you provide more information on that?
Have you tried an email to yourself, to see if there's an error?
Just going through some still open cases. Do you still need help with your email? I'm happy to continue to a resolution. Were you able to test an email to yourself? It's a good way to see if there's an error, with an error it is easier to determine where the problem is. Let me know what happens please.
