Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Are you using that machine now to talk to me?

Expert:  Byron replied 15 days ago.

Do this. Start or restart the machine and as soon as you see the manufacturer's logo

on the screen, immediately start tapping the F8 key at the top of the keyboard about once

per second.

A black startup menu will appear. Using the arrow keys, select Safe Mode with Command Prompt

and press Enter. A bunch of information will scroll by. Log in when prompted.

You'll come to a black screen with a blinking prompt. At the prompt type: rstrui.exe

and press Enter.

System Restore will launch (may take several moments to open)

If not, click choose a different restore point and click Next.

You'll see a list of restore dates. Select one just prior to the infection and click Next, then Finish

and run the restore. This will return your computer to it's pre-infection state.
