It seems someone has my Gmail account open on their smart

Customer Question

It seems someone has my Gmail account open on their smart phone.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: For quite sometime. I have changed the password, dual factor authentication plus the phone that I have is old flip phone from Walmart which I bought only for authentication purposes. It is always turned off.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. Authorized Application (80749908612-sqav555l7na0o6sqbkjmfhcu08ljcge9.apps.googleusercontent.com) Show details United States (VA) (52.0.182.146) 12:36 pm (2 hours ago) Does this mean anything
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: How much are you going to charge me
JA: I'm not sure of the exact price, but there's only a $5 deposit. The rest of the price information will be on the page I send you to.
Customer: I want you to tell me what does this message mean, when I click on details at the end of the Gmail account. Authorized Application (80749908612-sqav555l7na0o6sqbkjmfhcu08ljcge9.apps.googleusercontent.com) Show details United States (VA) (52.0.182.146) 12:36 pm (2 hours ago)

Hello and welcome.

If you're concerned about your account's security, I would suggest adding 2 step verification.

You can also disconnect them from your account from the web browser.

Would you like me to help you do this remotely?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I have already done that. I want you to tell me what does this mean.

Where do you see that, in the access list?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
Martin can you answer my question.
Expert:  Martin replied 17 days ago.

I lookup up the IP, it seems to belong to Amazon web services

Do you use Amazon for anything?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I do not want to switch to Secure Remote Assistance. Can you help me with my question.
Expert:  Martin replied 17 days ago.

Yes, are you getting my replies?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I use Amazon Prime. But I have signed out from it. But what that has to do with my Gmail account
Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I do not want to Secure Remote Assistance. Can you please answer my question.
Expert:  Martin replied 17 days ago.

Some apps log you in with your Google account - you would have gotten a message on your phone asking to confirm you wanted to allow Amazon access.

If you didn't request it I would suggest contacting them directly.

I can give you their contact info.

The remote assistance offer comes up automatically and is completely optional, if you still see it on the page you can ignore it.
