Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

On your PC at the church, on the login screen does it display a username, email address

and a place to enter the password

or

does it only display a username and a place to enter the password?

a place to enter password

Thank you. That's going to be difficult to overcome.

The only way would be to download the free software to create a bootable disk or flash drive

and then boot the machine from it and see if the password ***** be reset. It's a bit technical to create

and it's not guaranteed to succeed.

Another option is to reset the machine and thus reload Windows but unless the files and apps

installed on the computer have backups the data would be lost and the apps re-installed.

I'm not sure what is meant by that. Do you want to try to create the password ***** media or reset the computer?
