I can't get into my email account. It say's there is a privacy error.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: Guessing, chrome book?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I tried to get into an APP for the Cheers ***** ***** wanted a password. I stated to them that I wasn't sure about it, and then sent it to them. Then I was locked out.
