Up until a week ago I could click on Portfolio and see my investments. Then for a few days got message saying "Page not working". Now get next to nothing. What giives?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I am on a PC. Win 7 Use Chrome browser
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Only to McAfee. No updates to Win 7.

Richard, I just accessed for help in not being able to see my Financial Portfolio page. I exited before completing the questions.I've just been able to find out how to access the portfolio and need to cancel this Just Answer. The charges of $5.00 and $31.00 have already been posted too my Visa card account.Can you help cancel and stop the charges mention above. Like enter a 'refund' to my account?thanks
