Good morning Pearl, I'm not able to download or access internet explorer. Can you help with that?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: It's an HP desktop; we're running Windows 10 and we had internet explorer previously.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I'm aware of; the computer did say I needed to change my Microsoft account password ***** I did that and then restarted the computer.
