The boot up. It is ridiculous. Sometimes it takes me about an hour to loggin to jutst return to the logon screen.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: No,
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Several times. and eveytime it get worst.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: the winlogon is not working properly.

No I do not need a tuneup. I have done that several times. I need the winlogon fixed.
