I tried to hire "human" tech support for $20-twice! I cannot key in my name or any other info. What,
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: 'Dell Inspiron 15, 5000 series 2016- brand new...
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, but I can't install the windows and mcafee firewalls-they are both turned off. The message given for the windows firewall is bad data (which means the computer has been hacked?)
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My computer was hacked, and I called a private corporation based out of N.J. They got most of the viruses out, but there are still SOME there. This computer is connected AND secure.
