I manage a nonprofit and recently purchased a HP Pavillion

Customer Question

I manage a nonprofit and recently purchased a HP Pavillion Desktop at OfficeDepot that I need to upgrade to Windows Pro and need a license. I did not want to wipe the computer clean and install fro scratch. Does HP offer a version of the upgrade that I may purchase and downlowad?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your HP? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Operating System is Windows 10 Home Edition. Serial # CNV62104YK
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I haven't started using it yet.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of
