How do I cancel all of my subscriptions to Trend Micro systems ?????
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: A Dell desktop - e-mail address***@******.***
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No

Customer: I just want to CANCEL my subscriptions - I am now using webroot for my security systems

To disable the automatic renewal of your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Account (MyAccount). Your homepage shows which account renews automatically.
  2. Click the green Auto-Renew ON slider.
  3. Click Disable Now. When you have successfully canceled Auto-Renew, you should see Renew Now.
