The request you put in was for written support. My apologies on the confusion.

The problem with recovering***@******.*** is that it has the recovery account

of the same email. This puts you in a loop. We will need to go thru all recovery options to try

and gain access to it, and if you have the computer you usually sign into that account on, we may

be able to try and find it there if stored in another section.
