I had a call saying, I have a security incident, unauthorize service. I have no connections like a router--only connections of an internet. I have no idea what the problem is which needs explanations I need to know.
JA: Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test?
Customer: What is a ping utility
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No updates of any kind except a new cleaner to deal with virus, or any sort of that which try to get into the computer.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Well, I do have problem with my email password ***** doesn't work for me anymore now going on a month or so. I don't know what to do about that. I was ask to make a new password ***** couldn't understand why because I've used that same password ***** a long time. I know I have tried to create a new password ***** I'm not used to doing and from that point the new one I had created did not work for me. Infact, I'm thinking maybe that is why I have a problem trying to get into my email. This is the password *****'m speaking about - it is one for my email and I can't get into my email.
