Nothing wrong with my computer, I just can't see where I can

Customer Question

nothing wrong with my computer, I just can't see where I can update my payment details to renew my office 365. I'm in the "edit your payment option info" but it doesn't let me change my card information since I have a new credit card number
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: windows but not sure of the system. The computer is an LG "CORE i7" and shouldn't be the problem??
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not for at least a few weeks
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please click on the Microsoft website below:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?ref=officesupport

, and sign in your Microsoft account if prompted

, there, click on the option Add a credit/debit card, and follow the steps there in order to add your new credit card number

- Once that is done, go to the website below:

https://account.microsoft.com/services?ref=officesupport

, and sign in your Microsoft account if prompted

, then there, select your Office 365 subscription, then in the Change how you pay drop-down list, select your new card, and Next / confirm. (Here you can also add a new way to pay (to add your new credit card if you did not add it yet.)

- If needed, you can go to the first website, and delete the old card.

Please type at the box below, then click on the Send button below to communicate with me, so I can help. Thank you,
