It keeps asking for my password which was reset recently.

It keeps asking for my password ***** was reset recently. Then it wont accept it.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Nov.12 I think.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just want the password ***** be OK
