I cant get in my account , you have reset me several times and ive changed passwords and still cannot get in. Ive tried just signing up a new account but it wont let me use my same e-mail and I need to use that one. What do I need to do?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I left a msg with customer service and then I seen where I could contact tech support and thats what I really needed. cause I maybe need to clear everything out as far as my usuername and password ***** start again.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that is all . I havent even used my account yet accept to put a pocketbook on consignment and was getting hits on it and couldnt get back in my acct.
