I transfered a website to google but did not include server names now i can not get back to correct
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: a delta desktop with vista
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no updates are provided...all went well until i hit the wrong key transfer sucessful but i did not add server name and now can not return to that step
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

you should be able to put that stuff in again once you complete the registration and log into the google account that you created.

on the bottom left is a blue link that says generate a pin

click on that and it will give you a number that you can tell google when you call

i have absolutely nothing to do with billing

Again all that i can say about billing is that i receive credit when you give me a good rating. thats it. I don't even have access to the billing part of the site.
