No access because of User Profile problem. Tried to fix via registry, but all files, etc., did not reappear. Do have Carbonite backup but haven't gone there yet.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell Inspiron 660, from 2013
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes -- As administrator, I got back access to my account, but other accounts on computer still have no access via the User Profile problem
