Hi, I have a Lumina cell phone and have frequently transferred photos from it to my Dell laptop. Now, I can't do this. The phone icon no longer appears in System.

Customer: Not sure of model #, but it's an Intel Core i3 running Windows 10. I got the latest Windows update last night.
