Hello,
I am the person that will be helping you today.

Let's run a little test.

After Windows loads and all you get is a blank page, do the following:

- Press all of the following keys at the same time: ALT, CTRL, and DEL

Did the task manager window appear?

- If the task manager window appears, in the top menu bar, click File > New Task. Then type in expLorer and click OK.

Did that force Windows to load?

Please, send your reply below in the box. After you type your message, click the Send button.

Thank you,
Jason
