Customer: okay, that was horrible timing I was trying to sync my firefox, and refreshed it, and now it won't do much at all. I can't access websites, pretty much everything is coming back with an invalid certificate EVEN MOZILLA, lol\

windows, yes the date and time is correct, and I don't use internet explorer, I use FIREFOX.

When you speak of mass popups and certificate errors, that sounds to me like a more advanced virus / permissions abuse. If your certificate store was replaced, every website you visit is open to MITM attacks..
