my wife and i have separate uber accounts-neither works-believe we need to update credit card
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: how do i contact someone?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: have tried but my password-even just reset won't get me access

I'm sorry about the issue, Please try to reset your password ***** clicking on the link below :

https://login.uber.com/forgot-password

Once you create a new password, follow the steps below to update your credit card information :

1. Tap the menu icon and choose PAYMENT METHOD,
2. Tap the payment method you want to update,
3. Press CHANGE to change the expiration date, visual cryptogram and billing code associated with your card,
4. If you have an Uber for Business profile, you can also change the payment information associated with your business profile,
5. Press SAVE.

Was able to do as you instructed
Then I went to Uber to sign in and wouldn't take password- I've reset several times with no luck signing in
